Professional Experience

Ann is a certified public accountant and a proficient auditor that has over 20 years of experience in industry. Besides auditing, her profession covers examination of business income tax return, application of public offering and listing, internal control system design, tax planning and establishment of foreign companies. She was also a fellow of business services committee and accounting audit committee of Taiwan CPA Association.
